You MUST send your Photo to: fashionteenssantacruz@gmail.com by FRIDAY, MARCH 20th OR SOONER.
Your photo MUST include your first and last name. The photo must include a person in your creation. Please do not send us a photo of the outfit lying flat.
Your Parent Permission Form must be completed by your parent or guardian if you are under 18 years of age.
PLEASE - Take a photo of your permission form and send it along with your photo of your outfit.
